Audi Dubai distinguished itself with multiple wins and clinching the biggest accolade during the ceremony by earning the prestigious Dealer of the Year award. The strong win at the ceremony was complimented by additional awards for Sales Team of the Year and Marketing Team of the Year. Their dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and executing impactful marketing campaigns was duly acknowledged with wins of the Brand Boost Award, Best Customer Experience, and Best Use of Public Relations.

Audi Abu Dhabi also secured a number of awards, underscoring its commitment to excellence across various aspects of its operations by earning the Aftersales Team of the Year award. In addition to its strong sales and aftersales service performance, Audi Abu Dhabi also secured Best Used Car Performance and Technical Team of the Year. Earning second place in Sales Team of the Year, the Abu Dhabi dealer’s marketing efforts also earned it the Best Performance Marketing Campaign and second place in Marketing Team of the Year.

Similarly, Audi Qatar showcased remarkable performance across multiple categories, highlighting its dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction. The dealership’s strategic collaborations, exceptional sales performance, and commitment to quality were recognised with awards for Best Fleet & Corporate Performance, Quality Team of the Year, and Best Strategic Collaboration while earning second place for Aftersales Team of the Year. Audi Kuwait took home three awards, reflecting the dealer’s excellence in sales, aftersales customer experience, and marketing.

Audi Bahrain was commended for its Retention Team, while Audi Lebanon received the Best RS and S Model Performance, securing third place in both Aftersales Team of the Year and Sales Team of the Year. Audi Jordan stood out for its outstanding performance in promoting and selling Audi’s e-tron while having its customer satisfaction recognised through earning the Best Sales Customer Experience award.

Individuals were also awarded during the ceremony, highlighting achievements on both an individual and team level. Audi Dubai’s Amir Zarour, Abdullah Abdul Qadir and Firosh Damien secured first, second and third places, respectively, for Customer Champion. Yahqoob Thodi and Mahmoud El Bayroutieh of Audi Qatar, along with Islam Oudeh of Audi Saudi Arabia, also secured joint first, second and third places for Customer Champion. Audi Lebanon’s Roger Khalbourji secured Marketing Manager of the Year.
